The Rentova private beta
An invite-only program for property managers and landlords who want to shape the platform before it launches, with the trade-offs stated plainly.

What the private beta is
Rentova is live but not yet generally available. A small number of organizations are using it day to day, giving us feedback, and getting direct access to the people building it. Beta organizations are not charged during the beta.
Registration requires an invite code. Anyone can browse this website and read the legal documents, but creating an organization is limited to invited customers so we can support each one properly.
What is switched off during the beta
Four regulated capabilities are disabled for every beta organization. Each one stays off until it is enabled for your organization under a separate written agreement.
- Payments. Not available during beta — your existing payment provider remains your system of record.
- SMS messaging. Not available during beta — your existing messaging service remains your system of record.
- Tenant screening. Not available during beta — your existing screening service remains your system of record.
- E-signature. Not available during beta — your existing e-signature provider remains your system of record.
Everything else — properties, units, leases, tenants, maintenance, accounting, owner statements, documents, messaging inside the platform, reports and the tenant, owner and vendor portals — is available.
AI features — the AI leasing chatbot and AI-assisted rent pricing — are the exception: they are on by default and use Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Your administrator can turn AI features off for your whole organization at any time in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent and why.
What to expect
Beta means beta
Features will change, some will break, and we may need to reset data while fixing a problem. Keep your own records. In return you get a say in what gets built, a direct line to the team, and the ability to walk away at any time. The Beta Agreement (version 1.1) sets this out in full, and the administrator who creates your organization accepts it during registration on the organization's behalf.
Read the security overview for how data is protected, and the Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.
How to request an invite
- Email beta@rentova.com with your company name, your role, roughly how many units you manage and what you use today.
- We reply with a short call to check the fit, and then an invite code if it makes sense for both sides.
- Create your organization at Rentova registration using the code, and accept the Beta Agreement as part of signing up.
