Our Story
Rentova started with a familiar frustration: the tools available to independent landlords and small property management companies were either spreadsheets and paper or enterprise software priced and designed for portfolios ten times their size.
We are building the platform we wished existed: leasing, accounting, maintenance, owner reporting and tenant, owner and vendor portals in one place, priced for the portfolios that actually make up most of the rental market.
Today Rentova is in a private beta with a small group of organizations who use it every day and tell us what to fix next. Our mission is to make property management accessible, efficient, and even enjoyable for everyone.
